Key Responsibilites * Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. * Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. * Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements across various platforms. * Help manage onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and first-day coordination * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients * Assist in business development activities General Support:** * Help manage diaries and coordinate meetings/interviews * Contribute to process improvements and recruitment campaigns. * Maintain professional communication standards across all touchpoints. Requirements:** * Proven experience in a sales support role. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. * A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
