Role: The Commercial Manager is a key leader responsible for shaping the financial performance and commercial direction of their construction projects. This role oversees all aspects of cost management, contracts, and project risk to ensure every build is delivered efficiently, profitably, and in line with their values. Combining strategic foresight with practical expertise, the Commercial Manager partners with project teams to drive commercial excellence, provide sound guidance, and contribute to the sustained growth and success of the business. You will influence commercial strategy, lead high-impact projects, and contribute directly to the business's strategic growth.
