Atlas Group is a diverse growing Civil Construction company specializing in Utilities including 3 Waters, Power and Gas, Structural Foundation Works, and also Traffic Management. About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled Class 4 Driver and/or Excavator Operator with hands-on experience within road corridors and working around live services. This is a versatile, full-time role — you’ll work across 3 Waters (council and private), power trenching, and earthworks, while supporting your teammates on the ground. You’ll work closely with our Site Foreman and a small, skilled team who value safety, teamwork, and quality What you’ll do: * Operate excavators (1.7t–20t) and/or other machinery including trucks and loaders * Jump in the trench when required — you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty * Support trenching works around services in road corridors and Greenfield sites * Uphold high safety and quality standards on every job * Enjoy opportunities for further training and progression as we grow What We’re Looking For: You’re a practical, adaptable operator who takes pride in your work and thrives in a team environment.
