Higgins has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Drainage Operator to join our team working on the Waikato District Council northern road maintenance and renewals contract. This contract covers North Waikato from Huntly to Pokeno and includes the maintenance of approximately 1,200 km of sealed and unsealed roads, spanning rural and coastal areas. Based out of our Te Kauwhata depot, you'll be responsible for operating machinery (excavators, trenchers, compactors) and assisting with the installation of drainage systems across the network.
