We have a room available in our central Auckland home, walking distance to Cornwall Park, with the added bonus of house plants and small cuddly (low shed/low allergen) dogs. We have a huge fully fenced yard, perfect for summer BBQ's and sunbathing. About your room: The room available is the biggest and warmest in the house. It now has block-out curtains. The room doesn't have any built-in storage; however, we have wardrobe units/clothing racks and bedside tables available for you to use. Room will be unfurnished. About your new flatties: Between 26-35, we are pretty laid back and like a tidy home. You will be living with a couple and 2 single gals. We are respectful of everyone's personal space, so you're welcome to do your own thing or hang out. Looking for someone who likes house plants, dogs and a flat family vibe. Someone who cleans up after themselves, enjoys being fed occasionally (I always cook way too much food), pays rent and bills on time and ideally similar in age. LGBTQ+ friendly. This is more of a flat family than a party flat but do like the occasional drink and get together. Located just minutes away from both Southern and Southwestern Motorways, train stations and bus stops. Cornwall Park is also at the end of our street so it's a nice and quick walk to get there. We are located between the Greenlane and Royal Oak shops. Fruit and Vege shop, takeaways, bakery and the local dairy is just a quick 5-minute walk. The house is fully furnished. The water pressure is AMAZING. Excessive under house storage that you are welcome to use. You must like dogs as there are 2 griffons who reside permanently. Absolutely no cats.
