A bedroom with its own ensuite is available in Bayview/Glenfield. Room can be furnished with a single bed, an electric blanket and a chair mat, or it can come unfurnished. It has a built in wardrobe with a full size mirror attached. House has central HVAC with a vent in each room. It has a deck and sits next to a park. You will be living with me and my dog. I am an Asian female in my 30s working from home full-time. I like to do my own things but also like to chat when I'm not occupied. My dog is a 10-year-old Bichon x Maltese. Looking for a female in mid 20s to 30s who cleans up after herself, pays rent on time, and goes to work/study full-time. WFH on Mondays or Fridays could work though. 2 weeks bond and notice.
