Avonhead, 2 bedrooms

We are looking for a couple to flat with my partner and I! The $350 per week includes rent, power, wifi and consumables such as toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, cleaning products etc. You also won't have to worry about any outside maintenance! This is a beautiful and peaceful 2 bedroom house in Avonhead with an outside sitting area full of sun, and a space to park your car if you have one. The house will come furnished except for the double bedroom for rent. The bedroom is spacious with a built in wardrobe, plenty of sunlight and soft new carpet perfect for Winter! The kitchen is big and full of space plus storage. There will already be pots, pans, cutlery, fridge, washing machine etc. The lounge is open, sunny and cozy. This is not a party flat, but we do enjoy an odd drink here and there! We are looking for people who we can get along with and respect each others spaces. If you enjoy your space, quiet, privacy but also a bit social, then this would be the perfect place for you! We are also big animal lovers and love being out and about. We are very tidy and respectful people, who love a good chat but also enjoy our downtime. Please message me if you are interested and we can sort out further details/questions. We can also arrange a viewing for you to come see the house. Move in date will be the 9th of November or we can negotiate any date beyond that. This will be 1 week rent in advance and bond is $350. This would be a 1 year fixed long term contract, but can also do a 6 month.
