Hey guys, we have a master room available from 20-Dec. The house is bush and north facing so lots of privacy and sun. The master bedroom is 16 square metres, plus a 2x3 walk in wardrobe, plus an ensuite with shower and toilet. The room is $340/week + 30/week/person for expenses. Bond is $800. The rent is paid weekly in advance. Expenses includes power, water, internet and any flat bathroom & kitchen sundries. We are an easy-going, friendly, and welcoming group mid 20s to early 30s.
