Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review estimates, tenders and cost plans • Monitor project costs and margins • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and consultants • Collate project variations and ensure accurate cost reporting • Purchase order management • Manage several jobs at a time Requirements: • Skills in reading and understanding drawings, take off preparation and job pricing. • A relevant tertiary qualification • Excellent organisation and time management skills • Ability to multitask and jump between projects as required • Great written and verbal communication skills • Sound construction knowledge • Computer/software skills • Experience in CostX software or similar an advantage • Experience in project management software an advantage • Previous experience within the construction industry is essential You will be rewarded with a competitive salary package and the opportunity to work alongside some experienced industry professionals as well as developing and nurturing your own skills and expertise.
