Mitre 10 MEGA Queenstown is on the hunt for a passionate Merchandising Manager to bring our store to life! You'll lead a talented team, transforming our store into a visually stunning, customer-friendly space that drives sales and creates an unforgettable in-store experience. What You'll Be Doing: * Lead, coach, and inspire your team, helping them grow their skills and reach their potential. * Design and implement eye-catching in-store displays that delight our customers. * Ensure all signage, promotions, and displays meet brand standards and legislative requirements. * Collaborate with Marketing and Store Management to bring campaigns, events, and promotions to life. * Oversee the Stock fill process, ensuring products more efficiently from Inwards Goods to the shop floor. * Create engaging social media content and marketing materials to showcase our local campaigns. * Maintain a safe, compliant, and smoothly run store by following health, safety, and internal policies. What We're Looking For: * Strong leadership experience who can motivate a team and deliver results. * Knowledge in merchandising techniques, stock management, and in-store display standards. * Proven ability in digital marketing, social media, and creating on-brand promotional content. * Strong communication, collaboration, and team management skills. * Proficiency with MS Office and digital content creation tools to support operational and marketing activities. * Tertiary level qualification or equivalent in Digital media, advertising & marketing or a related field is essential   What we offer: * This is a permanent full-time role, guaranteed 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday * Staff Buying Privileges * Paid Day Anniversary * Competitive Hourly Rate: $33.00-$36.00 What are you waiting for?
