





**Job Description** **About the role:** Reporting to the Operations Manager, we are currently looking for a Transport Scheduler to join our team in Glenbrook. As a Transport Scheduler, you will be responsible for managing and executing daily deliveries efficiently to customers nationwide. This is a permanent full-time role based at our depot in Glenbrook. - Monitor and manage transport schedules to ensure timely delivery and pick-up of goods. - Co-ordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries to customers. - Liaise with Dispatch team and the client to understand delivery requirements and priorities - Create Run-Schedules to ensure client requirements are met whilst managing driver expectations and leave cover. - Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies - Trouble shooting & liaison with relevant parties in the event of unforeseeable incidents. **For this role, you will have:** - Proven experience as a Scheduler, preferably in dangerous goods industry. - Excellent organisation skills & attention to detail - Strong knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards. - Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills.
