This is a key role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, coordinating drivers and jobs, and delivering great service to customers. The Role As a Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for: * Receiving customer calls and assigning drivers, contractors, and jobs. * Scheduling, tracking, and monitoring jobs using dispatching software and GPS. * Communicating changes quickly and clearly to drivers, customers, and team members. * Checking and processing waybills, quarry dockets, RUCs, and other paperwork. * Monitoring stock flow and liaising with suppliers. * Supporting the implementation of new technology systems. * Managing daily and weekly driver schedules in line with compliance. * Contributing to team meetings, training, and continuous improvement.
