We are currently looking for a skilled Excavator Operator to join our Nelson based team. You will: * Lead a small site team, or work autonomously on site for key clients * Complete a variety of projects * Carry out skilled operator duties to deliver for our clients, including Class 4 driving as required * Travel across the South Island to complete different projects * Receive ongoing training and development opportunities What we are looking for: * Minimum 3 years' experience operating excavators (with various attachments) and performing demolition work * Hold a current NZ Driver's licence (Class 4 or 5 would be an advantage) and WTR endorsement * Skilled in maintenance and operation, with strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised work style * Demonstrated ability to leader small teams, work independently, and complete tasks to a high standard * Strong commitment to Health and Safety, quality workmanship and team collaboration * Willing to travel across the region and wider South Island as required About Scope Group At Scope Group, we’re a specialist team committed to delivering excellence across demolition, asbestos removal, and civil contracting projects.
