





Key Responsibilities: • Pump and pump system servicing, fault-finding and repair in domestic, commercial, industrial, and rural settings throughout the Bay of Plenty, based out of the Tauranga branch. • Installation of new pumps and irrigation systems • Maintenance and troubleshooting of pump controls and electrical pump systems • Customer support and technical service, including after-hours availability as required Key Skills & Qualifications: • Industry experience in pump servicing and repair, or a keen learner from a similar trade • Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (EST or electrical qualifications are a plus!) • Knowledge of hydraulic systems and fluid dynamics • Experience with control systems, PLC systems, and variable speed drives • Good written and verbal English skills • A full and clean driver’s license Desirable: • Knowledge of Grundfos products or similar pump systems • Field service experience across the domestic, commercial, and industrial sectors • Pump system design or irrigation systems experience • Preventative maintenance and service planning • Strong focus on customer service and problem-solving At Hi Flo Pumps, we are dedicated to the ongoing development and training of our team, offering opportunities for personal growth.
