The role We are on the search for an experienced Assembler/Mechanical Fitter to join our team - with a growing pipeline of orders to deliver, our team needs someone with an automotive or heavy diesel skillset to support the projects we have on the go. As a team player you will be a practical problem solver and ready to work with our workshop team in getting stuck into projects. As a Assembler/Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for the precise disassembly, inspection and assembly of new and used heavy equipment. You’ll ensure that every build meets our high standards of safety, reliability and performance. What we are looking for: • Proven experience in automotive or heavy diesel trade • Attention to detail and quality workmanship • Someone who can read, understand and interpret mechanical drawings, procedures and tolerances • Methodical and can follow procedures and work to ensure work is completed to meet quality standards • Organised with the ability to plan and prioritise work accordingly • A team player who can collaborate and share best practices and improve workshop efficiency If you are looking for a role with the opportunity to make a real difference and you think you have what we’re looking for then please get in touch.
