We are looking for a Site Manager \ Foreman and a Leading Hand Builder to work for our awesome client who has multiple projects on in the region! This role is for next 1 year at a minimum. What does this role involved? Coordinating subcontractors Sending out RFIs Keeping to schedule Overseeing all of the sites health and safety Running site meetings Overseeing a team What you MUST have: To be friendly, honest and have a good attitude Are willing to be accountable, take responsibility and show integrity Have valid work references Have a clean MOJ and be able to pass a drug test Reliable Transport Your own tools Be trade qualified Hours: Monday – Friday, approx. 7.00am - 5pm Rate: To be discussed, pending experience Come and be part of a positive team where you will be seen, heard and valued.
