PPL manufacture and supply a wide range of extruded profiles from both flexible and rigid plastic and injection moulded components. We’re looking for an experienced Die Setter to join our plastics injection moulding team. If you’re hands-on, mechanically minded, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit. This role will include: • Set up and changeover moulding machines and tooling • Load materials, fine-tune settings, and keep production running smoothly • Troubleshoot machine issues and work with maintenance when needed • Check quality, adjust on the fly, and log everything accurately What You’ll Bring: • Experience in injection moulding or die setting • Solid mechanical skills and a sharp eye for detail • Knowledge of plastics, tooling, and production processes • Ability to read technical specs and stay cool under pressure • Keen to grow and learn within a dynamic culture What to Expect: • Physical work – standing, lifting (up to 25kg), and staying active • A dynamic manufacturing floor with a strong safety culture • Real opportunities to grow your skills and career • Afternoon Shift, working 2pm - 11:30pm Ready to join a team that values your expertise?
