Site Supervisor & Civil Projects Lead Up to $45/hr + Vehicle + Gear + Career Growth | Whanganui / Rangitīkei You’re good at what you do — maybe too good to still be under someone who doesn’t see it. At Grounded Company, we notice. We back our people, pay them right, and give them room to lead. You turn up every day, run solid jobs, and take pride in doing things properly — even when no one’s watching. You’ve got the respect of your crew, you keep clients happy, and you make the tough calls when things go sideways. But maybe it feels like no matter how much you give, it’s still just a job to your boss. It doesn’t have to be like that. We’ve been there too — and that’s exactly why Grounded Company was built: a place where good operators are backed, not bossed.
