Whether you're an experienced tester or a recent graduate with a strong technical foundation Qube is looking for a Software Tester to join our Product Development team. This is a great opportunity to apply your skills in a real-world environment and contribute to the reliability of digital solutions that support New Zealand’s port logistics. **Location:** Tauranga New Zealand **Status:** Full-time position working Monday to Friday **Your job duties would be:** * Develop and maintain test plans test cases and scripts that reflect real-world workflows * Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality performance and usability * Collaborating with the QPNZ training department and Software Business Analyst to develop effective training materials for end users * Identify document and track defects using tools like Jira * Conduct regression integration and full system testing across multiple environments * Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure comprehensive test coverage * Validate acceptance criteria and provide clear feedback on test results and risks * Champion quality assurance throughout the software development lifecycle * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and stakeholder validation * Apply domain knowledge to ensure software meets operational needs in port logistics **You will also need to:** * Have 2–4 years’ experience in software testing or be a recent graduate with relevant project or internship experience * Understand end-to-end testing methodologies and workflow-driven testing * Be able to interpret technical documentation and map it to operational flows * Demonstrate strong attention to detail and analytical thinking * Communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams * Be willing to travel to other port and business locations as required * Be self-driven and capable of managing your workload independently * Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments * Experience in logistics supply chain transport or related industries is a plus **What we can offer you:** * Very competitive remuneration * Supportive and collaborative team environment * Full cover health insurance * Opportunity to grow your career in a leading logistics technology team **Why QUBE?** Qube recognises the value of an inclusive and diverse work environment.
