To be considered, you'll need: * A full New Zealand driver's licence and your own reliable car that is registered, and has insurance. * Experience supporting youth with intellectual, mental health, or trauma-related challenges. * A Level 4 Health & Wellbeing Certificate (or equivalent). * A commitment to short, flexible shifts (around 20 hours + per week). * Empathy, patience, and great communication skills.
