We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Counterbalance Forklift & Warehouse Assistant. This is a hands-on role at a busy metal company where no two days are the same. If you’ve got a great attitude, are physically fit, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! • $25-$26 plus 8% holiday pay • Monday to Friday starting 18th June • Must have valid Counterbalance license Key Responsibilities: • Operate a forklift to transport, stack, and load items in a warehouse setting. • Picking and packing • Ensure proper handling and storage of goods, following safety guidelines and company protocols. • Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Perform regular checks and basic maintenance of the forklift. • Maintain inventory control by scanning and tracking stock movement. • Assist with general warehouse tasks as required. Qualifications: • Demonstrated experience in operating forklifts safely and efficiently • Solid understanding of warehouse safety procedures and compliance standards • Proficient in reading and interpreting packing slips and related documentation • Effective communication skills with strong attention to detail • Team-oriented with the ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Good team environment • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive environment. • Training and development opportunities.
