The role will be carrying out servicing & repair solutions both in the workshop and out in the field. This will at times require an element of ‘thinking outside the square’ and using clever ingenuity. In this role you will carry out all servicing and maintenance to a large range of agricultural implements. Providing assembly, service and repair support to our major brands such as Maxam hay mowers, Hustler feed out equipment & our own imported Caffini Sprayers & Agrisem cultivation equipment. We are looking for a competent technician to join our team in assisting with the maintenance and repairs of our hire and customer owned forklifts in Central Otago The attributes required to fill this position are: • Trade Certificate or a minimum of 5 years experience servicing heavy equipment Automotive or Material Handling Equipment. • Good diagnostic and problem solving skills, hydraulic and electrical. • The ability to work in the field unsupervised and in the workshop as required. . Have a positive can do attitude, strong work ethic and reliable track record. • Have an attention to detail and the ability to think laterally. • Able to keep accurate records and complete all paper work in a timely manner. • Have great customer communication skills. This is a full time position and remuneration will be negotiable depending on experience.
