We are currently seeking experienced Class 4 & 5 Truck Drivers (x2) who have an interest in developing a career in New Zealand. This is a fast-paced and important role within the team and requires a very observant and responsible person. You will be required to work within the company's specified job locations. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes to succeed in this position: All candidates must: • Class 4 & 5 driver licence • Be fit & strong with a solid work ethic • Happy to work in a team in all weather conditions. • Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test. • Be able to start at 6.00 AM daily and be available for both day and night shifts • 1 year of job experience in the trucking or driving field The Role will include the following duties: • Estimating weight to comply with load limitations and ensuring safe control of vehicle with weight • Driving heavy and light truck vehicles, securing the loading and unloading of goods • Tipping devices • Ensure to comply with safety requirements when loading and unloading heavy vehicles with weight • Ensure goods are safely and securely covered to prevent any loss or damage • Verifying loading documents, checking cthe ondition of goods and obtaining the correct certification of deliveries Benefits: • Guaranteed minimum 30 hours of work and up to a maximum of 55 hours of work per week • Ongoing training and development • Wage from $31.61 to $35.00 depending on work experience • Fun, energetic team environment • Room to progress into different roles if that's what you want to do
