Description

We are currently looking for 3 position of class 5 truck & trailer drivers to join our company specializing in civil construction projects. Successful candidates will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of construction materials, particularly asphalt and aggregates, to and from project sites and quarries. KEY RESPONSIBILTY *Should have 2 years of experience in driving truck & trailer *Knowledge of tipping, reversing and jack knifing *Knowledge of all appropriate construction aggregates and quarries *Perform daily vehicles inspection to ensure the trucks are in good operating conditions *Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the truck *Knowledge of paving,milling,spreading *Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude *Should have NZ driving license class 4/5 and RTW *Should pass pre-employment and random drug tests. *Ability to work flexible hours, including early morning, weekends. *Good command of English, communicating with customers *Follow safety procedures when loading and unloading trucks *Guaranteed 30 hours of pay weekly *Hourly rates $25-$35 depends on experience *Applicate should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
