We are looking for a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our store in Auckland. As a Hairdresser at Shiva Sonika Investments Limited, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity while delivering exceptional hair care services to our valuable clientele. From cutting and styling to coloring treatments, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients look and feel their best. This business is open 7 days a week and the role require working a variable roster from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING TASKS TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS: ● Provide all types of haircuts. ● Must be able to use Razor and good with beards. ● Cutting hair with scissors, clippers and razors. ●Must be good with kids and good communication skills ● Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the salon. Ensure that combs, scissors, razors and other instruments are cleaned and sanitized after each use. ● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. ● Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment. Qualification, Experience and Attributes Required ● Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Hairdresser. ● High standard of personal hygiene and presentation. ● Punctual, organized and capable of multitasking. ● Team player with effective communication skills. ● Ability to work a flexible schedule. ● Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays as required. ● Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
