Our Silver Fern Farms Processing Site in Takapau employs 900+ Team Members at the height of the season, contributing significantly to employment in our local Central Hawkes Bay communities. The site is located 30 minutes north of Dannevirke, 50 minutes south of Hastings/Havelock North, and only 15 minutes from the affordable, whānau-friendly rural town of Waipukurau. If you're ready to start earning and learning your way to a bright future we have various opportunities on offer, starting with entry-level jobs needing no experience, which can lead to career development opportunities into quality control, health and safety, leadership and beyond. **Te mahi, our working arrangements:** * Complete your on-the-job training and earn a minimum $28.82/hr plus extras. * Usually, 40 hours per week during peak production season, plus overtime opportunities. * Minimum $43/hr production overtime rate. * 8-hour evening shifts, falling between 2.50pm to 12.00am. * All work clothing and safety gear is provided. **Te tikanga, the job requirements:** * No experience?
