We require an additional Estimator with customer services skills to join our administration team. This position requires a high level of professionalism, a friendly and outgoing personality and customer service skills that complement the fun but professional working environment in the front office. The role will support our two current estimators and also work alongside our receptionist/Manager dealing with customer enquiries, follow-ups and general administration functions. For the right candidate we are offering an excellent remuneration package that supports the responsibilities of this role. Key responsibilities • Accurately estimating accident damaged vehicles • Meeting and greeting, and dealing with customer enquiries • Using iBodyshop estimating and accounting software (training will be given) • Using Insurance Company web-based estimating/assessing tools • Dealing with insurance company representatives and assessors Key competencies • Excellent communication skills • Customer focused • Computer and I.T experience • Excellent organisational skills • Ability to work to timeframes • Panelbeating experience The successful applicant will need to be aligned with our culture and the delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
