Home owner is taking a job out of town. So I’m looking for a responsible housemate to be around when I’m gone, to make your own home and keep the place clean and safe for me. Full ducted heating and HRV makes this place so cosy all year round. New kitchen appliances and washer. I will be away most of the time, just back to see the family a few days a month.
