PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform manicure, pedicure, and acrylic nail services to customers, provide nail treatments to customers. • Discuss customer’s needs, analysing nail conditions and advising on suitable manicure, pedicure, treatments, and application of different nail art. • Fulfil customer’s expectations in the area of nail grooming, massage and exfoliation, and polish application. • Provide manicures (clean, cut, buff, shape, and polish customers’ nails) and spa pedicure (treat customers’ feet and toenails); • Recommend colours, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style; • Perform nail art by painting designs and patterns on to nails; • Prepare customers’ nails for enhancement such as acrylic nails, sns dipping system; • Perform body treatments such as massage customers’ hands and feet; • Advise customers about nail care and treatment; • Refer customers to health professional in case of any nails diseases (e.g. in-growth nails, double nails); • Educate customers about the ingredients and product benefits for their nail care for both hands and feet where applicable; • Take bookings, book appointments and keep client record; • Ensure the sanitary of all equipment, cleaning and disinfecting all tools on a daily basis; • Treat unwanted hair through waxing, tinting; • Suggest to customers other beneficial treatments offered by the salon • Check stock and maintain inventory • Such other tasks as requested by the Director which relate to the efficient running of the company.
