Your Role •Install Joinery to a high quality on your own •Help with deliveries if needed •Communicate with detailers to ensure a high end finish •Be able to work on the floor to modify joinery if needed This is a full time permanent position. Hours of work are 40 - 45 per week You will be: Experienced in joinery installations (Minimum 3 years) Reliable and have a high standard of workmanship Able to work unsupervised as part of a team Physically fit and energetic, as heavy lifting is required. Experience in cabinet assembly would be a bonus Applicants should have a valid, full NZ driver license. Finesse Joinery is a household name for producing quality kitchen joinery for the Christchurch Region. From their manufacturing base in Belfast, the team is passionate about producing stunning – custom made kitchens to meet our customers’ needs. The role’s main focus is on manufacturing kitchen joinery for our wide-ranging list of clients, however other tasks around the factory are sometimes required. Ideally, the candidate will have proven experience in cabinet making/joinery manufacturing. The candidate will possess strong communication skills, as liaising with fellow employees and the foreman is a key part of meeting our deadlines for product delivery. The candidate must also be conversant with all aspects of Health & Safety. To be considered for the role, the candidate must possess most, if not all of the following criteria: Minimum of 3 Years experience in kitchen installations Proven experience in working with power tools is essential A keen eye for detail Ability to work to tight deadlines is essential On Offer A full time role, generally consisting of 40 hours a week, with the opportunity to work over time.
