Office Administrator (Entry-Level)

About the Role: This is a varied and hands-on position that requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to multitask across administrative and operational duties. As an Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations, ensuring everything from client communication to scheduling and administrative tasks flows seamlessly. Working Hours: Preferably 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (We are happy to negotiate working hours to work within school hours for the right candidate) Key Responsibilities Include: * Managing phone and email communications, responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally. * Liaising with customers, staff, and suppliers to ensure a smooth operation. * Assisting in scheduling appointments and coordinating job bookings for our electricians. * Collecting gear and keys for the electricians to ensure they are well-equipped for their jobs. * Maintaining accurate records and assisting with various administrative and operational tasks. * Adapting to changing priorities and remaining solution-focused, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. What We’re Looking For: * Customer service experience or training is a plus. * A friendly and approachable demeanor is essential. * Must be a team player with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. * Eagerness and willingness to learn; the ideal candidate will be quick to learn and adaptable. * Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. * A valid driver’s license is required, with the ability to drive a manual vehicle preferred. * A detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated individual ready to contribute to our team.
