With a flatmate departing for greener pastures have one double bedroom available in our brand new townhouse in Hutt Central. Located on a peaceful street, this townhouse is conveniently situated, with Queensgate shopping centre, High Street, multiple gyms, the library, train station, and many other amenities within walking distance. Having recently moved into this quiet, spacious, well lit and brand new unit, we’re looking for a like-minded individual to replace our departing flatmate. We are two guys in our late 20s and early 30s working in government and healthcare. We’re quiet, laid back and tidy. We enjoy watching the rugby, the Formula 1, and playing music. The lounge and kitchen are furnished. Only your bedroom furniture is required, although additions to the shared space are welcome (provided we can fit them in). The available room is west facing with a view of the green space across the street. Complete with a built in wardrobe, the room shares a bathroom with one other tenant.
