We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sheetmetal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication, stainless steel, mild steel welding, as well as proven leadership abilities. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with the capability to manage tasks efficiently, maintain high-quality standards, and support team development, in order to advance to Workshop Foreman. Key Responsibilities: * Fabricate and weld stainless steel and mild steel components to precise specifications * Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints * Utilize MIG, TIG, and ARC welding techniques as required * Operate cutting, bending and shaping machinery with precision * Ensure all fabricated components meet industry and company quality standards * Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment * Provide leadership and mentorship, supporting team members and fostering a collaborative workplace culture Essential Requirements: * Demonstrated experience as a Sheetmetal Worker, Fabricator, or Welder * Proficiency in stainless steel and mild steel welding (MIG,TIG, ARC) * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications * Experience with metal fabrication processes and machinery * Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide colleagues * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities * Commitment to workplace safety, efficiency, and quality control What We Offer: * A competitive salary based on qualifications and experience * Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development * A supportive and professional work environment with modern facilities * Ongoing training and professional development opportunities
