We’re hiring for two roles: 🔧 Installation Specialists You’ll be hands-on. Learning fast. Using tools. Helping prep, shape, cut, and finish each site. You don’t need turf experience — just a decent work ethic, physical fitness, and the willingness to get stuck in and learn. 🔨 Installation Managers You’ve led small teams or jobs before, and you’re ready to step into a leadership role. You’ll be trusted to run your own sites — managing the quality, pace, and performance of your crew. You’ll get a vehicle for personal use and the full backing of our ops team. Every job’s different. One day you’re creating a dream lawn for a young family. Next, it’s a full playground or a school sports upgrade. Then it’s a golf project or something epic in a public space. It’s physical work — but rewarding. You’ll be outside. You’ll be moving. You’ll see the results fast. You’ll be working with a crew that’s into more than just the work. Some are into snowboarding, rugby, running, or golf. A few hit the gym after work (even though they probably don’t need to). Others are all about time with friends and family, or just enjoy good banter and watching the game. Different interests — same work ethic. Our crew has come from all sorts of trades: Auto techs, landscapers, digger ops, flooring, project coordination — even straight out of school. Some had experience.
