We are looking for a reliable and flexible Class 4 Driver. This is an ongoing opportunity for someone who can be a strong part of the team, offering flexibility with both day and night shifts. If you're a confident driver with experience operating a Roadranger transmission, This is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Working Hours: Expect varying start times. You will receive your start times in advance via text. Truck Maintenance: Ensure trucks are kept clean and ready to go. A wash down is required each shift, as trucks will be used by other staff. Transporting Asphalt & Demo Waste: Safely transport asphalt and demolition waste to and from job sites. Requirements: Valid Class 4 Driver's License with experience operating a Road ranger transmission. Ability to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Must pass a drug test and agree to a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and Driver’s check. Beyond this immediate work, projects may be at other relevant locations, not specifically Wellington, therefore working away arrangements may need to be considered. The successful candidate will: * Support the delivery of various civil engineering projects by undertaking ownership of, and responsibility for the day-to-day operational aspects of projects * Lead and support staff, motivating them to complete projects on time and to required standards.
