We're passionate about providing our customers with an authentic and enjoyable dining experience. • Kafe Occasion is looking for a talented and motivated Chef & Shop Manager to lead our team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage the kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and consistency. • Develop, update, and innovate the menu with K-food inspired flavours. • Provide an outstanding customer experience every day. • Manage staffing, job delegation, and roster planning. • Oversee budgeting, inventory, and cost control to maximize profitability. • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant kitchen environment. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum 1 year of experience in preparing sushi or Korean food. • Requires a level 5 or higher qualification relevant cooking or related field • Speak both Korean & English for understanding detailed instructions from the owner, and communicating with customers, suppliers and account • Computer skills for online ordering, email marketing and communication • Must have a clean Criminal Record • Are willing to be accountable, take responsibility and show integrity Hours & Pay The employee will work for 40 hours each week on Monday to Friday. The hours of work each day will be 7am to 3pm. The employee will be paid a gross annual salary of $58,240, which covers all the time worked.
