Key responsibilities include: •Delivering training and assessments in line with NZQA, MITO, and company requirements. •Identifying training needs and providing remedial training to improve driver performance. •Supporting initiatives such as Women Up Front and assisting with training across the wider Kineticnetwork when required. •Maintaining accurate training records, ensuring compliance with audit and legislative requirements. •Engaging with depot teams and managers to align training outcomes with operational needs.
