Maintain Quality * Perform detailed quality checks and maintain accurate production records. * Collaborate closely with the QA lab to ensure high product standards. Operate Heavy Equipment * Operate loaders and forkhoists to manage raw material flow. * Assist with raw material inventory and supply chain consistency. Safety & Maintenance * Promote and adhere to workplace health and safety practices. * Support maintenance teams in diagnosing and resolving equipment issues. * Contribute to scheduled preventative maintenance to maximise uptime. What we're looking for * Must have WTR Licence - Loader operation experience required. * Prior experience in cement production or a similar manufacturing environment is highly desirable * Strong mechanical aptitude and confidence using automated plant systems. * A keen eye for detail and solid understanding of health & safety protocols. * A reliable, motivated team player with great communication skills. * You must be currently eligible to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident, or valid work visa).
