The Opportunity We're seeking a motivated and reliable Nightshift Factory Operator to join a busy production team. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, carrying out quality checks, and supporting the Leading Hand with nightshift responsibilities. If you're mechanically minded, self-motivated, and enjoy working with a small, supportive crew, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities * Operate blow moulder machines (start, stop, unjamming, adjustments, minor repairs). * Packaging and bagging bottles, restocking storage levels. * Conduct quality control checks (weighing, testing, inspecting bottles). * Assist the Leading Hand with nightshift duties (sanitisation, cleaning, greasing, conveyors, regrind room). * Cover plant operations during breaks/leave (production reporting, stock level management, shift handovers, managing general hands).
