The Ideal Candidate * A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience within the New Zealand civil contracting industry as a Senior project manager or higher. * Demonstrated experience in managing contracts, particularly with a focus on earthworks and land development projects. * A strong understanding of NZS3910 and other relevant construction contracts. * Excellent commercial acumen with strong negotiation and client management skills.
