We’re looking for an Integration Lead to help us build the backbone of this experience - designing and delivering data-driven, API-first solutions that evolve with new technologies. In this hands-on role, you’ll shape our integration strategy and ensure every connection - whether through APIs, microservices, or customer EDI integrations - supports a scalable, future-ready platform. From driving integration projects to introducing modern engineering practices like CI/CD pipelines, automation, and clear documentation, you’ll be central to building a connected ecosystem that enables growth and delivers exceptional customer outcomes. What You’ll Do *Lead and deliver integration projects, especially customer EDI connections. *Design and build API-driven and microservices solutions. *Introduce modern DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve quality and delivery speed. *Document systems, processes, and integrations as you go to create clear, reusable knowledge. *Work hands-on with integration tools, APIs, automation, and data flows. *Explain technical solutions in clear, simple language for non-technical stakeholders. *Define and maintain integration standards and processes. *Build strong relationships with customers to deliver smooth, reliable EDI integrations. *Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and business leaders to get things done. Qualifications What We’re Looking For *Strong technical skills in integration tools, APIs, and EDI standards. *Experience designing and delivering customer-facing EDI integrations. *Deep knowledge of API-first and microservices architectures. *Proven experience introducing modern practices like CI/CD pipelines, automation, and documentation. *Understanding of integration patterns (REST, messaging, event-driven, etc.). *Great communicator—you can make the complex simple. *A team player who is hands-on and proactive. *Excited about building a scalable integration platform for the future.
