ANZCO Foods Canterbury have two permanent full-time position available for a Laboratory and Compliance Quality Controller. In this position you will be reporting to the Laboatroy Supervisor to implement and maintain quality system control checks across various departments. Duties and Responsibilities will include: * Ensure Quality Control programmes are maintained * Ensure MPI and customer requirements are adhered to without exception * Conduct daily and weekly checks (including animal welfare audits, CCTV and other required audits) * Ensure correct actions and procedure amendmetns are made as required * Complete all documentation and administration requirements for the room to required deadlines. Skills and Experience we are looking for: * Basic knowledge of MPI VS regulatory requirements. * Knowledge of customer requirements and specifications * At least 1-3 years in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Proven commitment to quality and safety * Commitment to continuous improvement * A desire to work with modern technology and systems * Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills We deliver taste, nutrition, and wellbeing to the world with products made from New Zealand finest beef and lamb.
