





Do you have a passion for retail, great attention to detail, and strong leadership skills? We are currently seeking a Full-Time Checkout Manager to work Sunday to Thursday. As a Checkout Manager you will lead our front-end team and ensure a smooth and friendly checkout experience for every customer. You will be responsible for overseeing all front-end operations, including supervising checkout staff, maintaining excellent customer service standards, handling point-of-sale systems, and managing cash procedures. You’ll play a key role in supporting daily store operations and creating a positive work environment for your team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support a team of checkout operators and customer service assistants Schedule and manage shifts, ensuring appropriate cover at all times Monitor customer service and handle customer queries or complaints professionally Ensure accurate cash handling and compliance with store policies and procedures Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and development Liaise with management to improve checkout efficiency and customer experience Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the checkout area Assist with other store duties when required What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a retail or supervisory role Strong communication and leadership skills High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude Must be flexible with working hours Availability for at least one evening shift per week is essential Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering excellent service
