Linn Sondek LP12 with AT1009 and psu

This Linn LP12 is a pre 1979 model (identified by the lid prop fixing in the turntable plinth, this was changed to sprung hinges in 1979). It was rebuilt in the early 1990s. Like many machines, there's a storied collection of parts to this, though as I’m not the original owner I’m unsure of the upgrades. It has an Audio Technica AT-1009 Tonearm, which is from the early 1970s, which was re-wired internally with VandenHull silver cable during the rebuild. This info is from the person I bought it from, a ‘trusted seller’. It comes with a UK design Analogue Experience outboard power supply. This seems to be from the late 1980s, and allows easy switching between 33/45 unlike the orginal Linn setup which involved removing the platter and attaching a pulley adapter. The headshell is generic, with a Rega Ania MC cartridge. The TT has very few marks and scuffs on the cover and wooden body of a unit of this age. The belt is running the platter at a stable speed.
