Kia ora, It's your lucky day! One of our flatmates is moving overseas to begin a new chapter, so a room has become available in our gorgeous 3 bedroom bungalow. Available from 7th December (but potentially the week prior if need be). Please note: the room comes unfurnished. Fantastic location in One Tree Hill - within short walking distance of beautiful Cornwall Park, local cafes, and public transport. -Stay comfortable year-round with a heat pump in the living room -A fantastic kitchen setup perfect for those who love to cook or bake, equipped with all the necessary appliances -Great open living/dining/kitchen space -A second living area - perfect for a work from home set up -Good sized deck - ideal for gatherings or relaxing outside in the sunshine -Plenty of storage options We have everything you could need in the house, so just bring you and your room! We are looking for a vibrant, easygoing female flatmate to join two females in their 30s! One of us works in HR while the other works in the government sector. We're relaxed, tidy, and respectful and are looking for someone who is as well. We keep ourselves busy with travel, working out, and exploring new dining spots. We have our own independent lives but love to catch up over a meal & drinks and enjoy a chilled evening at home. This isn't a party house but we are always up for socialising.
