Mount Roskill, 4 bedrooms

Hi all! We have the master bedroom available for rent in our 4 bedroom house in Mt Roskill. Looking for a neat, tidy responsible person who will pay rent on time and keep the room clean. Our house is located near all the necessary amenities like a new world, woolies, laundromat, bus stops and plenty of places to eat. If you have a cat, don't be shy. We have permission for 1 here. Rent is $220 per week and expenses will be divided equally among all at the end of every month. Expenses are electricity, water, 300mbps unlimited fibre internet, cleaning materials and lawncare.
