There are two rooms (possibly three) available. The rooms are unfurnished and spacious. The first (larger) room can fit a king sized bed, has a double wardrobe, and door access to the porch. It is $200. The second room is $190. The third room is smaller, and if available would be cheaper. Though may just be left empty. The house is furnished and has a decent sized backyard with some fruit trees. There is an opportunity to start up a vege garden in the backyard. Internet and power will be additional, and split evenly each month. Off-street parking available, and The Base and Hamilton CBD is in close proximity. Ideally looking for someone in their mid-20s to mid-30s (though not essential), who is tidy, respectful, easy-going, and can pay rent on time.
