I'll be moving out of this amazing flatshare because my long-term visa got approved & the ocean is calling my name & our resident couple is moving downstairs so 2 rooms in our gorgeous Grafton home are opening in mid December! The flatties: * 27M y/o rocket engineer and 24F y/o marketer who will both live on the bottom floor * They're both friendly, social and love having a chat - whether over dinner, a movie night or something else. * They're super respectful of privacy and the top floor would belong completely to the two occupying it! Absolutely loved living with them both so happy to give the chance to two lucky new people!! Room 1 - $307 + bills (orange bedspread): * Features a walk in wardrobe and private entrance to the top floor bathroom * Will come furnished with a queen size bed if needed! * Massive north facing windows and heaps of storage Room 2 - $260 + bills (striped bedspread) * Slightly smaller but features a built in closet that’s perfect for storage * Gets amazing afternoon sun Both occupants would also get exclusive use of a third small room, featuring a second wardrobe that functions great as a wfh space!
