Campbells Bay, 4 bedrooms

Kia ora koutou! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home in Campbells Bay. Our all-day sunny room in our beach house is available from this summer! Living with 5 others (3 guys, 2 gals) and 2 cats. The house is huge and has a massive amazing garden with lots of garden beds and veggies and herbs starting to come through. The house has 3 big living spaces - a sunroom, a lounge and dining space. A back deck and verandah off the dining room. We are nestled right in the bush, the property is private and quiet! Just 5 min walk to the beach and a short walk into Mairangi Bay to the supermarket, cafes and all amenities. Bus stop across the road. The room has lots of windows, looking out to the wildflowers and native birds and has a big wardrobe with ample space for a queen bed, side tables and chest of drawers/ desk. The flatmates in our mid 20's and 30's. We are a bunch of creatives, musical and artistic types who enjoy outdoor activities, nature, holistic living and hanging out and sharing food but also respect each others space. Room is $230 and expenses $35 a week Bond $1000 Looking for someone to move in on the weekend of 13/14th December. But can be flexible-ish.
