Brooklyn, 3 bedrooms

Check out this stunning place, up at 38 Connaught Terrace, Brooklyn, with views over the city, harbour, Petone and the Rimutakas! It is a three bedroom house, with the room available being downstairs, with your own private bathroom. There is an office space opposite the room, which has been mainly used for working from home for myself. But it also has a couple of fridges in there where we store wine and beers. Other side of the office, is the laundry with a washing machine and tumble dryer, both brand new from when we moved in in February 2024. There are a total of two off-street car ports, one is taken by one housemate and the other will be free to use. You essentially have the entire downstairs area to yourself, bar the other two flatmates needing to put washing on. They have a room each and share a bathroom between the two of them on the ground floor. The deck is wonderful, and gets the sun for most of the day. Great place to start your morning with a coffee in hand and enjoying the sunshine (can't beat Welly on a good day!). I have lived here since February 2024 and I am still not bored of the view, the sunrises are amazing! Unfortunately I am moving due to being made redundant... :( Pretty flexible with viewing times, just reach out and we can line it up. Lease is up for renewal at the beginning of February, the current flatmates are keen to stay on.
